Progress at IES Ramón Menéndez Pidal

We have installed the Raspbian operating system on a microSD card and so the Raspberry Pi Zero W is up and running.
We connected and tested the BMP180 temperature and pressure sensor and it measures correctly, recording the data on the memory card.
We also installed the camera by connecting it to the Raspberry and got it working; it can take photos and also video.
The next step is to install the radio module; we have already decided to use two LoRa modules, one on board and one on the ground. We are using some simple modules, just for testing, but we will need others with better performance for the real experiment, as these do not have much range.
We are also testing the GPS module, connected to the Raspberry, but we do not have it working yet.
As for the power supply, we have a lithium polymer battery, but we must run some tests to check whether it is suitable for this mission, mainly in terms of duration.
We have not yet tackled the seeds, nor have we started on the poster.
