We present each of the citizen science experiments that will be taken to the stratosphere in the #SERVETVII launches, in autumn 2022. Servet Wings is a project by Josep Curto.
Our mission, for this edition, has two parts:
The first will consist of analysing whether installing solar panels on the probe improves its ascent while reducing its drag against the atmosphere,
The second part has the mission of extending wings, using servos, that move the solar panels away from the main capsule and, before landing, closing the wings again.
