The school will take part in Servet VIII with the experiment “Limiting abiotic factors and adaptations of an ecosystem”.
The 4th-year ESO students study, in the biology subject, theoretical content related to the structure of ecosystems, tolerance limits, ecological amplitude, biotic factors, populations and communities.
From this theoretical knowledge arises the need to analyse ecosystems in the laboratory and in situations at the limits of tolerance; these limit situations can be generated by launching the experiment on the Servet Project probe.
We will also accompany the experiment with different microchips that will collect the data needed to analyse the flight conditions.
