In this video the team from Liceo Molière in Zaragoza tell us about the progress of their scientific project. The launch will take place in April.
About the experiment
Today, space is a new frontier for humanity. Its exploitation, both commercial and touristic, is a topic of great current interest.
However, space travel could seriously harm human health. We are not going to give in to this pessimistic theory without first testing it. Therefore, we will look at solutions for travelling to space more safely.
To achieve this, we will analyse and send blood samples as well as common medicines to the stratosphere. Thanks to the results obtained, we will be able to check how well red blood cells work and their state at different temperatures with insulating materials, as well as the changes the medicines might undergo.
